I am currently able to provide an online or telephone counselling service to help clients unable to meet face to face due to the restrictions on travel caused by Covid-19; call me to see how I can help and support you through these unprecedented times.
I have been counselling for many years and am very passionate about the therapy work that I do with my clients. I have worked with many people over the years providing them with counselling for issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, bereavement, relationship issues, stress, low confidence and addictions. My experience as a Counsellor enables me to offer you effective, individualised therapeutic counselling. I am able to provide you with a safe, secure space within which you can explore your thoughts and feelings.

I can help you recognise the symptoms and triggers that cause feelings of anger, guiding you through the process of the 'anger cycle' and into a place of dealing with these moments in a more calm and rational way.

£45.00 for a 50 minute weekday session.
£60.00 for a 50 minute Saturday session.
£35.00 for 60 minutes Supervision session.
